Wellington's Utility Customer Service is Moving

The primary reason for this change is the consolidation of services so residents do not travel from one location to another. By relocating the Utility Customer Service function and combining the services provided we are able to unveil a front line customer service group offering:

  • Centralized one-stop universal customer service
  • Uniform streamlined customer service team
  • After hours drop boxes for payments remain at various Village locations
  • New location providing universal front line service for a variety of services including: Building Permits, Engineering Permits, Public Works Permits, Utility Payments, New Meter Purchases, New Utility Service Registration, Solid Waste Container Leases, Contractor Registration, Business Tax Receipts, Boat Ramp Permits, Rental Unit Licensure Processing and Inspections, Fire Rescue Permitting and Inspections, Parking Citations, Code Compliance Cases and Zoning functions.

Residents no longer need to travel between locations to conduct different types of daily business with the Village. As soon as this move is complete, the Community Reinvestment Office will open its’ doors at the previous site of the Utility Customer Service Building.

Did you know that you can sign up for more convenient services such as:

  • eBill Notification – Customers can sign up for the eBill notification service to have their monthly utility bills emailed to their email address. Sign up on the Village website at www.wellingtonfl.gov today.
  • Online Payments – Customers can pay their monthly utility bills on-line by following a simple routine on the Village website at www.wellingtonfl.gov.
  • Automatic Fund Transfer (AFT) - Customers can pay their monthly utility bills through an automatic payment made from their bank account. The form to authorize an AFT is available to download from the Village website at www.wellingtonfl.gov
  • Automated Phone System (561) 753-2418 (press option 2) to access and/or pay accounts – Customers can access utility accounts through this automated phone system. You can pay your monthly utility bill or access your account information by using this system. The system accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payments.
