2012Wellington Homeownership Center Closed Through August 12th
The Wellington Homeownership Center is located at 13833 Wellington Trace, Suite E15. Housing Partnership, Inc., a nonprofit organization, offers free assistance at the Center including foreclosure prevention and first time homebuyer services. A representative also assists buyers interested in the five homes Wellington is selling through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
