2012Donate Used School Uniforms at the Wellington Community Center and Village Park
Wellington is proud to be a part of this coalition and will act as a donation site for school uniforms. Solid colored polo-style shirts and pants, shorts, skirts and jeans of all sizes for grades elementary through high school are needed. These items can be dropped off at the Wellington Community Center, located at 12150 Forest Hill Boulevard as well as Village Park located at 11700 Pierson Road. Donations will be accepted Thursday, July 7th through Thursday, August 4th.
The uniforms will be distributed to eligible students residing in Palm Beach County at the Community School Bash on Saturday, August 13th at the Naoma Donnelley Haggin Boys & Girls Club of Delray Beach. At this event, approximately 3,000 eligible children will select uniforms and school supplies with the help of a personal volunteer shopper.
