Wellington is hosting housing workshops throughout 2011, including NSP homebuyer informational sessions on the first Saturday of every month and foreclosure prevention workshops on the last Monday of every month.
In addition to this workshop, residents can receive free, personalized counseling at Wellington’s Homeownership Center, including credit counseling, loan modification, obtaining down payment subsidy and referrals to other services.
