WELLINGTON'S EQUAL EMPLOYMENT POLICY

The policy covers all employees.

The action was taken following a request from the Palm Beach County Human Rights Council, a local non-profit organization dedicated to ending discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression and is in accordance with requirements as outlined in Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes and the Palm Beach County Equal Employment Ordinance.
