SOUTH SHORE PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS

In addition, the driveway to the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Station will be aligned with Santa Barbara Drive in an effort to improve the existing condition. Work on this improvement is expected to be substantially completed within approximately eight months, weather permitting. It is further anticipated that all major construction will be completed prior to the beginning of the equestrian season in mid November. 

A public information meeting will be held on July 28, 2010 at 6:00 PM in the Village Meeting Hall located at the Wellington Municipal Complex on 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard. This meeting will provide an overview of the project for anyone interested in attending. Invitations have also been extended to the Mallet Hill and Southfields subdivisions.
