View | PDF	Equestrian Subareas Wellington has adopted the Equestrian Overlay Zoning District (EOZD) to implement the Equestrian Preserve Area established within the Future Land Use Map. The EOZD includes several sub-areas to address the unique characteristics of the neighborhoods in the Equestrian Preserve Area.
View | PDF	Equestrian Trails and Areas As many of you know, Wellington is a great equestrian community! There are 119 miles of public, private and proposed equestrian trails within our city. This trail system provides residents with opportunities for recreation, exercise and transportation throughout the community.

It does this by identifying and encouraging land uses and development that are consistent with the character of our equestrian community.
