Distribution Crews

Field Service distribution crews are responsible for the maintenance and repairs to the system that provides potable water to the Village’s customers. Water distribution crews consist of 6 full time employees with a wide range of responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities are:

  • Water service repairs
  • Meter box installation and replacement
  • Fire hydrant maintenance
    Annual painting of Hydrant
    Lubrication
    Flow testing
  • Water main repairs
  • Water main installation
  • Meter Installation and replacement
  • Valve maintenance
