Report Stolen or Damaged Can

If you are reporting that your garbage can has been stolen, you must file a police report since it is Village property. Please call (561) 688-3400 to file the report and submit the case number with your request.

Wellington issues an automated garbage container to Village residents who receive curbside collection service. It is the residents' responsibility to secure and maintain the issued container at all times.

The Village will repair or replace garbage cans that are damaged by the hauler. Any damage done by resident will be the resident's responsibility to pay for a new automated can.
